VF or slightly better with very faint Pencil Annotation at upper margin and a tiny marginal tear at right but these not affecting the general appearance of the note and not extending into the design, the note in red and the obverse featuring an illustration of Aberdeen's King's College at centre and 3 Coat of Arms at 3 corners - top left is the Bank's Coat of Arms, top right is the County of Aberdeenshire and at lower left is the City of Aberdeen. Limited London and watermarked with a bust of Sir based on the statue on Union Ter in Aberdeen by Sir William Stevenson along with the Bank's monogram. The North of Scotland Bank notes have been and always are keenly sought after by collectors due to their imperviously beautiful design.
