Blue on multi-coloured underprint featuring a boat at left on obverse. The reverse illustration a scene of men grounding boat at beach and Coat of Arms of Member states. A much Scarcer variety printed by Thomas and watermarked with a tiger's head. Very pleasing and collectible example in this high grade
