Hodder titled Treasurer and the note in purple on light tan underprint featuring The Guernsey seal at right and a stylized denomination at left on obverse and the reverse mainly in purple featuring a scene of St. Peter Port the capital of Guernsey as well as the main port, consisting mostly of steep narrow streets and steps on the overlooking slopes.
