Deep violet, dark brown and blue on multicoloured underprint featuring H.M. Queen I, Gibraltar's Coat of Arms and sea view with Rock of Gibraltar on obverse. The reverse with illustration of the The Convent (Governor's house) a historical landmark that has been the official residence of the Governors of Gibraltar since 1728, built in 1531 it's original purpose was a convent (hence it's name) of Francisian friars. Watermarked with a bust of H.M. the Queen facing right.
